Allergy Skin Testing
Would you like to know exactly what you or your child are allergic to? Allergy skin testing is a quick and easy way to find out. We offer two comprehensive panels:

The allergy skin test is typically done on the back with a series of small scratches. If you are allergic to something, the spot on the skin where that allergen was placed will get red and itchy with a little welt very similar to a mosquito bite. At the end of the test we will offer to put hydrocortisone cream on any areas that are itchy. We know the results of the skin test within 20 minutes. Most of the time this test gives us all the information we need to:
- Know exactly what you are allergic to, quickly and easily
- Figure out a plan of action to reduce your symptoms
- Know if you are a good candidate for allergy shots or XOLAIRŽ
